SCOPE OF PUBLICATION

The Journal of Medical Device Technology (JMEDITEC) is a refereed research journal managed by Medical Devices and Technology Centre (MEDiTEC), Institute of Human Centred Engineering (iHUMEN). JMEDITEC may cover a wide range of topics in Medical Devices including, but not limited to Biomechanics, Biomaterials, Artificial organs, Biosensors, Imaging and Image processing, Tissue Engineering & Science, Neural engineering, Computer Simulation in Medical Applications, Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Signal Processing, Electrophysiology, Rehabilitation Engineering & Technology, Electrochemical Sensor, Drug Delivery and Biomanufacturing.

For acceptance in JMEDITEC, a manuscript must be the right fit with the journal’s focus and scope. All manuscript submissions must be made through the journal's online manuscript system.

Publication Frequency

JMEDITEC is published online with a frequency of Two (2) issues per year (May and November).

Open Access Policy

JMEDITEC provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
